Overview
Easy School Reports is a module for SENTRAL designed and supported by Easy School Resources.
The package is available in Primary, Special Education and High school versions.
The
emphasis of Easy School Reports is that it's "EASY". We've achieved
this by developing a user interface that is simple to use. We're
confident that you'll be able to get the most hesitant staff member
mastering the program within minutes.
The program allows teachers to input students' results at anytime during the year either at school or from home. Reports can be generated on screen or printed at a touch of a button. Now you don't need to worry about more workload increases or number crunching at report time, ESR does it all for you!
The Easy School Reports application has been developed in conjunction with teachers and principals and originated from your state's curriculum, providing you with complete compatibility.
Assessment and marking sheets are assigned to Key Learning Areas and individual outcomes as per your school's asessment format within Easy School Reports.
This means that when a teacher enters data into Easy School Reports, they have the correct assessment page or sheet in from of them. This helps provide a frame work to assist teachers assess their students in the same way, standardising your marking and assessment process.
Any syllabus changes can be updated automatically, through the SENTRAL auto update facility.

What are some of the most powerful features of Easy School Reports?
Assessment Templates
Assessment templates can be customised to your school's format. Your school's assessment templates are assigned to outcomes in the initial configuration of Easy School Reports. This means all staff are recording and assessing students in the same way.
Printable Marking Sheets
There is no need for a marking book or double entry work, just enter your students results and assessments directly into the ESR program. Or alternatively print out a marking sheet before or after entering data and keep a paper copy for yourself.
Reporting
We've left the best until last. Easy School Reports 'touch of a button' reporting. Select a report format that Easy School Reports has developed in conjunction with other schools from your state, or have your school's reporting format integrated into the program. Reports can be generated at any time throughout the year and can be formatted to display any single outcome or Key Learning Area.
Easy School Reports assigns only the information relevant to the user. i.e. a teacher will only see their class, whereas a member of the executive can see all classes.
