Still using manual paper based rolls? We have rolled out a new product to all servers called WebAttend. It is a very simple and easy to use electronic roll marking software, designed in this format especially for Primary schools, or for high schools who undertake single or double roll calls per day. The system can be accessed from any computer on the network. How it works.....
- teachers login
- are presented with their allocated roll class
- if all students are present, click on the submit icon and the roll is submitted as completed to the front office
- if students are absent, click on the students and choose from unexplained/explained absence lists (then submit)
- administrators can see at a glance which classes have not been marked and can marl rolls on behalf of casuals etc
- all data is backed up automatically every hour and offsite each night
- once a roll is submitted teachers can unlock and alter, e.g. unexplained to explained etc , but ALL changes are logged by user and date automatically
WebAttend can also drastically reduce the time taken by office staff in recording partials (late notes etc) or entering data in OASIS, as WebAttend can export its data on a daily or weekly basis directly to the OASIS system.
Form letters allow instant creation of absence letters for students by both staff and administrators. Custom absence letter templates can be designed by each school.
