ESR Welfare Information (previously called RISC)
ESR Welfare is a module for SENTRAL, designed and supported by Easy School Resources. The best of decisions can only be made with the best of information. With this in mind, it is imperative that all schools maintain records of incidents, issues and concerns involving individual students in order to promote good discipline and effective learning in a safe and happy environment. There are several methods available to schools to keep records, from paper logs in books or on cards, through to more effective computer-based database solutions.
Running from the Sentral server ESR Welfare is now available across the entire school’s Macintosh or Windows network, ESR Welfare will help staff make the right decisions when it comes to dealing with individual students.
It is also the perfect companion to each school's Anti-Bullying and Discipline policies. With its link to your school’s administration systems, there is no re-keying of student enrolment data. And with user-defined fields and lookups, ESR Welfare can be used to track just about anything relating to your students.
