Schools traditionally collect an enormous amount of student data each year. However, much of this data is often stored in disparate locations including various electronic and paper forms, in filing cabinets, on counsellors laptops, in storerooms, staffrooms etc. Significantly a large proportion of this data collection is never effectively rolled over to the following year for immediate staff access.
EduPro allows schools to build permanent profiles of all student information, year by year into an entire school history. Staff can track reading ages, spelling ages, diagnostic tests, academic progress, referrals, counsellor reports, medical details, State/National test results, welfare details as well as keeping electronic portfolios of students' work.
Data can be entered against an individual student or en masse via the class data entry screens. Administrators of the program have full control over the layout of tables and content forms. All data from Easy School Reports and RISC is automatically archived into the appropriate areas of the program, allowing teachers to see a long term comparison of academic progress, comments etc.
The program is designed as an extremely flexible, yet easy to use database suitable for both K-12 or Special Education schools.
