Overview
TaskPad is an web-based issue tracking module for both IT and General maintenance tasks. Most schools tend to use a paper based issue tracking system which can lead to all sorts of problems with issues being lost or unfinished, and with no easy way to audit the maintenace processes. TaskPad solves these problems by providing a singular interface for all maintenace tasks. Tasks can be given a priority and assigned to specific personell to ensure that the most important issues as resolved the quickest. TaskPad also provides the ability to comment on tasks, which is useful for providing updates on situations and keeping everyone in the loop.
Taskpad also features a fully functioning reporting section, which allows schools to review the state of their school maintenance at any time. These reports can be produced in a variety of ways to ensure that the data is present exactly as desired.
